Naming Rights Partner Application *Application guidelines for this year to be announced in early September, 2025
In order to improve the educational and research environment of the University of Osaka and to make effective use of its facilities, we are looking for corporations and other organizations that support the objective of naming rights for facilities owned by our university.
[About Naming Rights Partners]
Naming rights partners, under the agreement with the university, can advertise their corporate name, trademark name, logo, symbol mark, or nickname (hereinafter referred to as "nicknames, etc.") in the names of university-owned facilities.
Additionally, they can install signages and billboards displaying their nicknames, etc., within UOsaka facilities and on the university premises.

3. Application *Application period: November 8 - November 22, 2024 (as indicated by the postmark on the envelope) [Applications closed]
(1) The application documents are as follows:
① Naming Rights Partner Application Form (Word)
② Company Profile
③ Financial Statements for the last three years
④ Certificate of Registered Matters (issued within the past 3 months)
⑤ Documentation proving no outstanding national or local taxes (e.g., tax payment certificate)
(2) Please submit the application documents listed in (1) to be received by the end of the application period to kikin@office.osaka-u.ac.jp or to the University of Osaka Foundation for the Future, Community-University Coordination Division, the University of Osaka (Address: TechnoAlliance Complex B409, 2-8 Yamadaoka, Suita City, Osaka Prefecture 565-0871).
*Please note that documents ④ and ⑤ must be submitted via postal mail.
