A Training Session for Leadership Development (FY2025)
A training session aimed at improving leadership qualities was held at the Machikaneyama Facility in Toyonaka Campus on Monday, March 30, 2026.
The session was designed to further enhance the competencies of team leaders who support and instruct Eco Rangers. Ms. SUIZU Yui, who is active as a job coach, and three other lecturers were invited, and a total of seven leaders from the Suita, Toyonaka, and Minoh campuses who had been hired after April, 2025 participated.

Participants work in two groups, actively sharing ideas and exchanging opinions.

At the end of the session, participants shared manuals and videos from their respective campuses. The session ran slightly over time and ended on a high note. Offering additional lectures for those who could not attend and newly appointed leaders, as well as advanced training for those who have already completed the program will be considered in the future.
