To complete your application, both of the following procedures must be completed during the application period.
1) Please use the application form (「申込みフォーム」) under “Secondary Examination: Interview” (「第二次試験　面接考査」) on the Staff Recruitment page of the University of Osaka Libraries website (link in Japanese) to indicate your preferred interview date and time.
2) Please complete the “Secondary Examination Application Form (Libraries)” downloaded from the same website stated in 1) and submit it by email no later than 9:00 a.m. on July 21 (Tue.).

*Please ensure that all attached files are adequately protected with appropriate security measures before sending them.

After the application period has ended, we will coordinate the interview schedule and promptly notify applicants of the examination date and time by email.
