How to apply:

Fill out an Visit Application Form and submit it either electronically or by postal mail (or deliver it in person).

Via electronic submission:

Step 1: Send an email with the subject line "大阪大学情報推進部技術職員 機関訪問申込" to zyosui-kikaku-soumu[at]office.osaka-u.ac.jp without attaching your completed application form.

Step 2: You will receive an email from the division in charge containing a URL to a website where you can upload your completed application and finish the application process.

*For security reasons, we will not accept any application forms sent by email.

Once all applications have been received, we will create a schedule and inform applicants of the date for their attendance via email.
