*Interviews will only be held for individuals who pass the application screening.

(1) Fill out the designated pre-application form (to be posted on July 21).
(2) Fill out an application form and send it to the address listed below.

*Please include your application number and full name in the file name of your completed application. (Ex. 1 HANDAI Taro)


Note: Your application number can be found on the confirmation email sent to you after submitting your pre-application form.

*Make sure that you complete both steps 1 and 2 above. Your entry is not complete until your application form is sent to us.


Make sure to send your application form after completing the pre-application process.

Libraries

Written Examination for Librarians:

*Note: This prerequisite examination will be held by region. You must take this examination in the same region that you took your primary examination*1.

Interviews:

Sometime between Tuesday, August 1 ~ Thursday, August 3

*These interviews are conducted at Osaka University. Please submit your application by following the procedures listed to the right.

(1) To apply for the secondary examination (interview), you need to enter your desired date and time of interview on the recruiting page of page of the Osaka University Libraries website during the application period. (Please choose at least 3 time slots.)

(2) After applying, download a Secondary Examination Application (Libraries) from the same website, complete it, and submit it by email.

*Make sure you send the email containing your application form securely.

After the application period has ended, we will create an interview schedule and inform applicants of interview times via email.

Application Period: After announcement results of the primary examinations*1 on Thursday, July 20 ~ Tuesday, July 25 at 5:00 PM
(Applications must arrive during this period.)

*1 Primary examinations refer to the Primary Standardized National Semi-privatized University Employment Examination.
