[Vaccinations have concluded] Reservations for workplace COVID-19 vaccinations (Omicron BA.1 vaccine) (updated February 20, 2023)

Additional vaccinations at Osaka University concluded on February 17, 2023.

Those who wish to receive a vaccination should do so at a vaccination site or medical facility in your local municipality.

To students and workers at OU,

In order to reduce the burden on local municipalities related to COVID-19 vaccinations, Osaka University will begin vaccinations for all individuals who study and work on its campuses and wish to receive them.

The Department of Safety and Hygiene provides these vaccinations under the guidance of healthcare workers at the Health and Counseling Center and in cooperation with doctors at Osaka University Hospital.

Since some cannot be vaccinated due to health reasons and there are possible side effects after getting vaccinated, vaccinations are not mandatory. Whether or not your get vaccinated is completely at your own discretion.

Make sure not to force others to get vaccinated or disadvantage those who have chosen not to be vaccinated.
