2023-24 Leadership Development Workshop

The Team for Promoting Employment of Individuals with Challenges held its Leadership Development Workshop on Wednesday, February 7 and Friday, February 9, 2024.

The team invited Ms. SUIZU Yui, a Job Coach at the Kashima Centre for Persons with Disabilities Link, to hold a workshop to develop leadership, where 12 support members (called “leaders”) from the Suita, Toyonaka, and Minoh campuses.

After listening to support activities at Link from Ms. Suizu, the leaders talked in groups about support provided at each campus.

The participating leaders gave feedback on the workshop, saying that they were able to broaden our knowledge from the lecture and conversations with leaders from other campuses, which would help them to improve the quality of support.

The team will engage in various activities in order to improve the quality of its leaders.
