CiNet (Center for Information and Neural Networks) is an interdisciplinary research center where researchers from NICT (National Institute of Information and Communications Technology), The University of Osaka, and ATR (Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International) collaborate to pioneer brain function research and drive advances in this rapidly developing field.
