FY 2024 Information regarding Graduation Ceremony

The Graduation Ceremony and Graduate School Commencement Ceremony for the 2024-2025 academic year will be held as noted below.

Date and times

Tuesday, March 25, 2025 11:00～12:20

Doors open at 9:30 a.m. Please enter the hall before 10:30 a.m.

Venue

Osaka-Jo Hall https://www.osaka-johall.com/english/
*Each graduand may invite two accompanying persons to attend the ceremony.

Advance registration

・Advance registration is required to attend the graduation ceremony. The URL for the application form will be sent to graduating students via email and posted to KOAN.

Livestream

・We will offer livestreaming on the streaming website. The URL will be sent to graduating students via email and posted to KOAN.

Other Notices

・Use public transportation to get to the venue. Refrain from coming by car. Parking is not available and drivers dropping others off in the vicinity of the venue are a cause of traffic jams.

Attendees in wheelchairs or those who have injuries that cause difficulties in coming to Osaka-Jo Hall and wish to use the parking lot on the south side of the Hall should contact us.

・Note that the format of this ceremony is subject to change due to Unavoidable circumstances.
