The Graduation Ceremony and Graduate School Commencement Ceremony for the 2023-2024 academic year will be held as noted below.
Date and times
Monday, March 25, 2024 11:00～12:20
Doors open at 9:30 a.m. Please enter the hall before 10:30 a.m.
Venue
Osaka-Jo Hall https://www.osaka-johall.com/english/
*Each graduand may invite two accompanying persons to attend the ceremony.
Advance Registration
- Advance registration is required to attend the graduation ceremony. The URL for the application form will be sent to graduating students via email and posted to KOAN.
Livestream
- We will offer livestreaming on the streaming website. The URL will be sent to graduating students via email and posted to KOAN.
Other Notices
- Use public transportation to get to the venue. Refrain from coming by car. Parking is not available and drivers dropping others off in the vicinity of the venue are a cause of traffic jams.
Attendees in wheelchairs or those who have injuries that cause difficulties in coming to Osaka-Jo Hall and wish to use the parking lot on the south side of the Hall should contact us. - Note that the format of this ceremony is subject to change due to Unavoidable circumstances.
