The Icho Festival is a celebration of welcome for new students to the university, but it is also a great opportunity to strengthen friendship and ties among faculty, staff, students, and the local community. Moreover, it is a celebration of the anniversary of the university's founding on May 1.
This year’s Icho Festival will be held in-person for the first time in 3 years. Measures will be in place at the festival to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We'll be holding various events in order for individuals from inside and outside of OU learn more about education and research at the university.
