2022-23 Annual Physical Examinations for OU Students (except 1st year undergraduate students)

The 2022-23 Annual Physical Examinations for OU Students will held according to the schedule below.

Students must receive their examination after carefully reading the Annual Health Checkup for Students at the website for the Health and Counseling Center (HaCC).

Eligible students

Undergraduate students (except incoming first year undergraduate students), graduate students, and research students

Incoming first year undergraduate students should receive their examination on April 4/6/7 as outlined in the "令和4年度入学当初の行事について [2022-23 Events scheduled after enrollment].”

*These examinations are not intended for auditors, special auditors, special research students, and credited auditors.

*International students must take these examinations.

*Those who received a physical examination in Autumn 2021 must also receive this examination.

Locations, dates, and times

Health Care Division, Health and Counseling Center (HaCC)

Toyonaka Campus

HaCC Toyonaka – April 5 (Tues.), April 8 (Fri.), April 11 (Mon.), April 12 (Tues.)

Minoh Campus
Commemoration Hall, 1F, Research and Education Hub – April 14(Thurs.), April 15 (Fri.)

*Chest x-rays will only be taken on April 14 (Thurs.).

Suita Campus

HaCC Suita – April 19 (Tues.)~April 26 (Tues.) (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

*Each location will be open from 10:00~15:00, and examinations will take approximately 20 minutes.

*You can receive an examination at any location regardless of your school/graduate school.

Your examination will include:

  1. Urine Test (Bring your "Pee Pole" with your first voided morning urine sample.)
  2. Height and Weight Checks
  3. Blood Pressure Check
  4. Chest X-ray (For details, click here.)

Before your examination, be sure to:

  1. Make a reservation for your checkup (starts April 1)
  2. Fill out the Web Checkup Questionnaire (starts April 1)
  3. Pick up your Pee Pole by the day before your examination. (A Pee Pole will be available at the Educational Affairs Division of your school.)

On the day of your examination, please bring:

  1. Your student ID
  2. Your Pee Pole with your first voided morning urine sample
