How to request an examination fee refund for undergraduate General Screening (February Entrance Examinations)

Examination fees may be refunded only if any of the following situations apply to you:

  1. You didn’t apply for the examination or your application was denied,
  2. You mistakenly paid your examination fee twice,
  3. You did not pass the Common Test for University Admissions, or
  4. You were found to be ineligible to take the February Entrance Examinations due to a shortage of compulsory examination subjects in Common Test for University Admissions after your application for the former examination was accepted.

How to apply for an examination fee refund (for 1 and 2 above)

Print out an Examination Fee Refund Request Form (17,000 yen) on A4 paper, fill in the necessary information, and send it to the address listed below by postal mail.

How to apply for an examination fee refund (for 3 and 4 above)

Print out an Examination Fee Refund Request Form (13,000 yen) on A4 paper, fill in the necessary information, and sendit to the address listed below by postal mail.
