The atmosphere is always imbued with a radioactive nuclide, typically, 0.05 - 0.1μSv/h level of radiation exists. The avarage value of radiation in West Japan is 0.11- 0.12μSv/h
(Global Average = 0.27μSv/h).
The measured values are the same level as what back ground, there is no danger to public health.
