Regarding revisions to Osaka University’s COVID-19 response levels (as of May 25, 2020)

Osaka University aims to return to normal operation over an extended period while gradually relaxing its own response levels according to the current stage in the government’s state-of-emergency declaration and the “Osaka Model,” Osaka Prefecture’s exit model for COVID-19.

The university will relax response levels for academic staff/researcher activities and student activities to level 3.0 on May 25, and meetings to level 4.0 on May 27.

The university will continue to monitor the situation and modify its response levels accordingly.
