Response taken by Osaka University in response to the earthquake in northern Osaka

Response taken by Osaka University in response to this morning's earthquake, the epicenter of which was located in northern Osaka Prefecture, can be found below.

- President Nishio established the Osaka University Disaster Response Headquarters in accordance with the Osaka University Disaster Prevention Regulations.

- At 9:30 am on Monday, June 18, a meeting of the Osaka University Disaster Response Committee was held in which members shared information regarding the current situation and damaged suffered from the earthquake.

- Detailed investigations are currently underway.
