Regarding readministration of the oral examination (secondary screening) in the 2018-19 World Tekijuku Entrance Examination and discretionary measures against faculty members

In the oral examination (secondary screening) of the 2018-19 World Tekijuku Examination given on February 4, 2018, one (1) of the four (4) screening rooms for the Department of Systems Science, School of Engineering Science did not prepare appropriate documents to be viewed by examinees when necessary.

In order to ensure fairness with examinees from other screening rooms, students who did not pass the oral examination held in this screening room will be allowed to retake the examination upon request. Discretionary measures have been taken regarding inappropriate conduct of the faculty members involved in this incident.

We deeply apologize to all examinees.
