Distinguished Professor HARA Takahiro (Graduate School of Information Science and Technology) receives Osaka Science Prize

Distinguished Professor HARA Takahiro of the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Osaka University, has been chosen to receive the 35th (2017-18) Osaka Science Prize .

The Osaka Science Prize was established in 1983 by Osaka Prefecture, Osaka City, and Osaka Science and Technology Center. with the aim of contributing to new developments in the 21st century and the human society of tomorrow.
The prize is awarded every year to 2 young researchers with remarkable achievements in research.

The award ceremony and memorial lecture will take place on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the Osaka Science and Technology Center.
