Professor Shojiro NISHIO elected next Osaka University President

Upon the expiration of the term of the current president, a presidential election was held on Friday, June 12. Shojiro NISHIO, Professor of the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology and Director of the Cyber Media Center, was elected as the next president of Osaka University. His six-year term begins on August 26, 2015 and ends August 25, 2021.
