President delivers his 2013 New Year's Greeting

On Monday, January 7, Osaka University President Toshio HIRANO delivered his 2013 New Year's Greeting to assembled faculty and staff members in the Auditorium of Osaka University Hall. President Hirano expressed his determination that by Osaka University's 100th anniversary in 2031, the university would stand among the peerless top class of comprehensive research universities in the world.
