Admission procedures for successful applicants of the 2011 1st Stage Entrance Examinations

The periods to complete admission procedures for successful applicants of the first stage entrance examinations for general screening & screening for technical high school graduates and for privately-funded international students are noted below.

Individuals who cannot complete admission procedures during the period noted below for the Great Tohoku Pacific Earthquake are required to contact the office below.

Periods for completing Admission Procedures

• In the case of successful applicants of the1st Stage Entrance Examinations for general screening and screening for technical high school graduates : Tuesday , March 8 - Sunday , March 13 . (Applicants unable, for unavoidable reasons, to complete procedures during this period, may do so between Monday , March 14 and Tuesday , March 15 , 2011.)

• In the case of successful applicants of screening for privately-funded international students (announced on Tuesday, March 8, 2011): Tuesday , March 8 - Sunday , March 13 . (Applicants unable, for unavoidable reasons, to complete procedures during this period, may do so on Monday , March 14 , 2011.)
