Temporary Closure of The National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto

We have been informed that The National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto , will be closed for restoration work. Initially, this restoration work was to have taken place from Monday, December 28 through to Tuesday, March 29, 2010.

However, the schedule for temporary closure for restoration work has been modified--shortened by one week. Thus, the museum will be closed from Monday, December 28 , 2009 through to Tuesday, March 23 , 2010.

It will open again on Wednesday, March 24.
