President of University of California, Los Angeles, made a courtesy call on our president.

Professor Gene D. Block, President of University of California, Los Angeles, and Dr. Nicholas Entrikin, Vice President of the university made a courtesy call on President WASHIDA Kiyokazu on August 11, Tuesday. Osaka University concluded a university-to-university exchange agreement in 2002 with the University of California, LA. They exchanged opinions about strengthening the relationship by exploring new fields in which exchange can be expanded.
