OGATA Koan Memorial Lecture - An Evening at Tekijuku

At the memorial service held at Tekijuku on Monday, June 4 to remember the date of OGATA Koan's death on June 10, 1863 in the lunisolar calendar, attendees remembered the teachings of the past by listening to lectures in a variety of different fields.

This year, lectures were given by Professor ARIKAWA Tomoko, Director of the Center for International Education and Exchange, on "Considering the Globalization of Higher Education - From My 25-Year Involvement with International Students" and Endowed Research Chair Professor KINOSHITA Tarou of the Research Institute for Microbial Diseases on "Involved in Infection Control Research, a Tekijuku Legacy."
