Exemption or deferment of tuition fees or for paying tuition fees in installments

Application forms for exemption or deferment of tuition fees, or for paying tuition fees in installments for the first half of the 2012-2013 academic year are available as of Friday, February 17. The forms are also available at the Student Centers on Suita, Toyonaka, and Minoh campuses.

Acceptance period: Wednesday, March 21 ~ Wednesday, April 11, 2012 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, April 2, 3, 5, and 6)

Applications are accepted from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; however, the lunch time (noon ~ 1:00 p.m.) is crowded. You are encouraged to avoid this time frame.

Exemption/deferment of enrollment fees for admission in April 2012

Application forms for exemption or deferment of enrollment fees and exemption or deferment of tuition fees, or paying tuition fees in installments for the first half of the 2012-2013 academic year are now available.

Note: These forms do not include applications for exemption, deferment, or installment payments of tuition fees. Such forms can only be used when also making application for exemption from or deferment of the enrollment fee. If you also want to make application for exemption of tuition fees, you can apply for such by checking the applicable box in Form 1-1.

If you want to make application for exemption of tuition fees, deferment, or installment payments of tuition fees alone, please use the forms for the first half of the 2012-2013 academic year noted above.

Exemption or the deferment of tuition fees, or for paying tuition fees in installments

Results of screening for exemption or deferment of tuition fees for the second half of the 2011-2012 academic year was announced on January 31.

Note: Individuals who have lost their receipt number slip will be informed of the results of the screening if they bring their student ID card to the Student Center.
