Issuing Certificates for Graduates
Graduates needing a copy of their graduation certificate should view the table below and click on the name of the school, graduate or undergraduate, and after viewing the instructions for how to request such, make their request to the appropriate office.
Please note: instructions at the various schools regarding procedures for the issuing of such certificates are generally not available in English.
Graduates of the Training Institute for Engineering Teachers should
contact the
Student Affairs Section of the Student Division of the Department of
Student Affairs;
likewise, graduates of the Division of Health Sciences of the School of
Medicine should contact the Educational
Affairs Section of of Health Sciences Office in the Graduate School of
Medicine.
Graduates of Osaka University of Foreign Studies are asked to contact
the Educational
Affairs Section of the School of Foreign Studies.
Graduates of
the Integrated Educational Affairs Section Osaka University of
Foreign Studies should contact the
Integrated Studies in Language and Society Office of the
Graduate School of Language and Culture.
