国際交流助成

◆内容◆

2026年3月～2027年3月に海外で行われる基礎医学医療研究に関する学会、研究会、セミナーなどへ出席、発表の機会を予定または有する方の学会参加に直接的に関わる費用に対する助成を行う。

助成対象は、渡航費、現地滞在費、ならびに参加登録費、ポスター費などで、物品購入や、論文作成費等には使用できません。口頭・ポスター・オンライン等、発表の方法は問いません。

◆助成金額：1件につき渡航先に応じて最高50万円。予算300万円

◆応募資格◆

①申請は原則1教室1名。

②過去3年以内に同種目で助成を受けられていない方。

③2026年2月末日現在で満45歳以下の日本国内在住の研究者の方（国籍を問わない）。

④出席する学会・研究会等において発表の機会が決定済み、もしくは申請中の方。

※対面またはオンライン開催の学会・研究会への出席を予定し、かつ発表申請へ向けて準備・計画中であることが必要。

※学会・研究会等への参加出席のみは対象外。

※学会開催までに演題が採択されなかった場合は、助成の対象にはなりませんので、助成金全額辞退の申し出を必須とする。

◆応募書類◆

①出席する学会・研究会等で発表予定のアブストラクト（2枚程度）。応募申請時に難しいときは、提出予定の仮アブストラクトを提出。

Financial Support for Participants in Conferences and Other Meetings Overseas

1. Outline

1. This grant provides financial support (including travel expenses, accommodation, registration fees, poster preparation, and other expenses) for conferences and research meetings related to basic medical science research held overseas.
2. Expenses for publishing papers and purchasing equipment are not covered by this grant.
   Conferences or meetings (including seminars and research meetings) related to basic medical science research are eligible for the grant. The applicant must be a presenter or speaker at the event.
3. The presentation may be in any format, including oral, poster, or online. The conference or meeting must take place within 12 months, starting from March of the year following the application (March 2026 to March 2027).
4. 2. Application Period: Saturday, 1 November 2025 to Sunday, 30 November 2025
5. 3. Grant Amount: Up to 500,000 yen, depending upon the geographic location of the event.
6. 4. Eligibility
7. ⅰ.  Only one application may be submitted under the name of one research laboratory.

8. ⅱ.  Those who have received this grant within the past three years are not eligible.

9. ⅲ.  Those who are 45 years old or younger as of the end of February 2026 and reside in Japan, regardless of nationality.
10. ⅳ.  Those who have already been accepted for presentations at conferences or are planning to apply to present at conferences or meetings (held either in person or online) are eligible.
11. Applicants attending a conference without delivering a presentation are not eligible for the grant.

    If the applicant’s presentation is not accepted by the conference organizers, the grantee must decline the full amount of the grant.
