大学、その他の研究機関に属し、主に研究活動に従事している者（学部生・大学院生、高専本科生、専攻科生等は対象となりません）
◆応募方法：WEB申請（申請フォーム）
・本財団HPにて「国際会議助成」を参照のうえ手続きする。
・本財団HPより、「1.応募申請について」、「（5）国際会議助成」の「国際会議助成フォーム」をクリックの上、[Step1]～[Step3]の手順で申請する。

Support for Holding International Conferences
1.Outline
This grant provides financial support for organizing international conferences, research meetings, symposiums, seminars, and other gatherings related to urban studies in Japan.
2.Eligblity
This grant is available to researchers affiliated with universities, graduate schools,
or other research institutions who are primarily engaged in academic research.
Undergraduate and graduate students, as well as students at technical colleges, are ineligible.
3.Application Period: Wednesday, 1 October 2025 to Friday, 31 October 2025
4.Number of Grants: Up to 5 projects will be funded, with a maximum grant amount of JPY 1,500,000 per project
*International conferences (including research meetings, symposiums, seminars, and other gatherings) must be held within two years from 1 April 2026.

所属部局の担当者に応募予定であることを連絡し、必要な手続きを確認してください。
ただし、医学系研究科に所属している方は、部局確認が「必要」となっていなくても、応募を予定している場合は必ず担当係（総務課企画係）へ問い合わせてください。

公印押印箇所以外の総長（学長）名等を含む必要箇所を全て記載し、所属部局の担当者経由で申請してください。
