THE KAJIMA FOUNDATION
Support Program for International Research Meetings
- Outline
This foundation supports international symposia held in Japan.
This grant is intended for the following research fields: Natural sciences (including engineering), humanities, and social sciences
- Eligibility
Applicants must be researchers affiliated with universities, graduate schools, or research institutions (excluding for-profit organizations) in Japan, and serve as organizers of the proposed symposia.
(Symposia organized by permanent institutions, such as universities or academic societies, are generally not eligible.)
3. Application Period: Tuesday, 1 July 2025 to Wednesday, 15 October 2025
4. Amount: 500,000 yen per project
5. Required documents:
(1) Applicants are required to submit an application form through the online system.
(2) Applicants are required to submit Breakdown of meeting expenses through the online system.
6. Application process:
Applicants are required to create an account and submit their application documents via the below website.
