国際交流助成

◆応募資格：下記の条件を同時に満たす国内の大学、研究機関、及び医療機関に所属する研究者

• ・臨床薬理研究を志す45歳未満（2025年4月1日現在）で、海外での研究を希望する者
  ・臨床薬理研究に実績のある施設への留学を希望する者
  ・2026年1月から2026年12月までに出発する者
• ＊産休・育児休暇等の理由で研究活動を中断された研究者では、その期間に応じて年齢上限を考慮いたします。詳細は事務局までお問合せください。
• ・留学に際して国内の他の奨学金を受けていない者
• 　文部科学省、厚生労働省、学術振興会、その他の機関の助成との重複は認めない

◆応募に際しての注意点

・所属長（学長、学部長、研究科長、病院長、研究所長など）もしくは財団理事、評議員、顧問の推薦が必要です。

・所属長が応募者となる場合、財団理事、評議員、顧問の推薦があれば応募可能であるが学長推薦が望ましい。

　※教授の役職名では推薦できません。

FY 2025 Overseas Fellowship Application Guidelines

1. Outline

This foundation was established to actively promote clinical pharmacology research, support the dissemination of knowledge, and contribute to the development of future professionals in the field.

Accordingly, the foundation provides funding for overseas fellowships to outstanding individuals who have made meaningful contributions to this mission and are expected to demonstrate strong potential for the future.

2. Deadline: Friday, 29 August 2025, 17:00 (JST)

Note: If the applicant is a dean or director, the application form must be submitted to the International Affairs Division by 17:00 (JST) on Thursday, 31 July 2025.

3. Grant Amount: 7,500,000 yen per year for two years

4. Eligibility

1) Applicants who are 45 years old or younger as of 1 April 2025

2) Applicants affiliated with universities or research institutions who majored in clinical pharmacology

3) Applicants who plan to conduct research at an established overseas institution in clinical pharmacology research

Note: Applicants whose careers have been interrupted due to maternity leave or other reasons may be eligible. Please contact the Foundation’s office for details.

4) Applicants not receiving any other domestic grants for their study abroad (Support from other sources, including the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), or any other organization, may not be received concurrently.)

5) Applicants are required begins to overseas research between January 2026 to December 2026

5. Letter of Recommendation

1) Applicants are required to submit a letter of recommendation from a dean or director, at a graduate school or research institute.

2) Applicants who are a dean or director must submit a letter of recommendation from one of the following: the president of the University of Osaka (strongly preferred), or the president, a councilor or an adviser of the Japan Research Foundation.
