Goho Life Sciences International Fund FY 2027

Fund for overseas researchers to conduct life science research (long term, short term)

  1. Eligible applicants

This call is for invited research projects to be conducted or initiated during FY2027 (April 2027 to March 2028) and is open to researchers engaged in life sciences at the university level,

in a wide range of disciplines such as medicine, pharmacy, agriculture, biology, and chemistry.

Those whose primary purpose is to attend academic conferences, as well as those who received the FY2026 grant, are, as a rule, ineligible.

  1. Grant Periods

(1) Short-Term Invitation: The grant period is between 10 and 20 days (approximately)

This program aims to invite outstanding researchers who have made significant contributions in their fields.

(2) Long-Term Invitation: The maximum grant period is approximately nine months.

This program aims to invite young overseas researchers to conduct joint research.

Notes

-      Researchers 50 or above are allowed to use business class on their flights provided they submit their receipts.

-      Does not cover symposium fees, insurance during stay, or domestic travel for accompanying persons.
