【応募資格】
(1) 国際会議の条件
令和９年４月～令和１０年３月に開催され、内国法人及びそれに準じる任意団体が 主催する、国内外で開催される国際会議
（注）であって、海外の参加予定者が全参加予定者の２０％以上である会議とします。海外の研究機関等に所属されている日本国籍の研究者の方も、海外の参加予定者に含まれる。
（注）新しい国際会議を設立するための準備会合を含みます。外国法人の日本支部が主催する会議は応募対象外。
(2) 応募者の資格
国際会議を主催する日本の学会、研究グループの開催責任者とします。
【助成額及び採用予定数】
１件当たり２５万円以下とし、２０件程度の採用を予定しています。

Support Grant for Holding International Conferences
This grant provides financial support for international conferences on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to promote research exchange and collaboration.
Eligibility
(1) Eligible International Conferences
To be eligible, the international conference must be held between April 2027 and March 2028, and be organized by a Japanese corporation or an equivalent voluntary organization. The conference can be held either inside or outside of Japan.
At least 20% of the expected participants at the international conference must be visitors from outside Japan.
Japanese researchers residing outside Japan are also counted as participants visiting from outside Japan for this requirement.
Preparatory meetings for the establishment of new international conferences are also eligible.
Conferences organized by the Japanese branch of a foreign organization are not eligible to apply.(2) Eligible Applicants
Applicants must be the organizing representative of the Japanese academic society or research group that is responsible for holding the international conference.
Grant Amount and Number of Grants
Allocates up to JPY 250,000 per applicant with approximately 20 rewards available.
