International Conference Grant
FY 2026 Application Guidelines
1.Outline
This foundation supports the organization of international conferences for research activities that promote harmony between humans and machines in the fields of electronics and information engineering. The foundation’s goal is to contribute to the sound development of science and technology from a human-centered perspective, and to support international conferences including symposia, workshops, and forums held in Japan.
2.Application Period: Wednesday, 1 April 2026 to Friday, 19 June 2026, 17:30 (JST)
3.Fields: Electronics and information engineering
4.Grant Amount Up to 1,000,000 yen
5.Number of grants awarded: Approximately 10 applicants
6.Eligibility
Applicants must be the Chair of the Organizing Committee or Program Committee, or a Japanese researcher with equivalent responsibility for an international conference held in Japan.
Note International conferences, symposia, workshops, and forums held online are not eligible for this grant
