国際交流助成

日本に居住する研究者が日本国外で開催される国際会議へ参加する場合の【派遣】
日本国内で開催される国際会議に海外に居住する研究者が参加する場合の【招聘】

１募集金額、件数：

・募集金額：1件50万円以内

・募集件数：2件程度

２．応募資格：日本国に居住する、50歳未満で大学や研究所など何れかの機関に所属している研究者。国籍は問いません。招聘の場合は開催される会議の関係者でも可。

３．募集期間：2026年7月1日より2026年9月30日まで

４．応募条件

１）．応募対象となる助成の実施期間は原則、令和9年4月1日～令和10年3月31日とします。

２）類似内容で、現在他の財団の助成を受けていない事。また、受ける予定になっていないこと

３）国際交流事業終了後、成果報告書と収支報告書の提出が可能なこと。

４）派遣、招聘いずれの場合も、参加する国際会議で学会講演（ポスター発表を含む）を行うこと。および講演要旨を提出すること。

５）該当の国際会議で参加に必要な語学力を有すること。招聘の場合は対象の研究者が必要な語学力を有していること。

６）助成金の使途は国際交流事業に必要な経費とし、応募者が所属する組織等の間接費、一般管理費は助成の対象になりません

International Conference Grant　guideline

This grant covers two types of participation:

[Dispatch Grant]: Applicants must be residing in Japan to attend an international conference held outside Japan

• [Invitation Grant]: Applicants residing outside Japan to attend an international conference held in Japan.

 1.Grant Amount and Number of Awards

• Grant Amount: Up to 500,000 JPY per grant
• Number of Awards: Approximately 2

• 2. Eligibility

• 1) Applicants must reside in Japan
• 2) Applicants must be 50 years old or younger and affiliated with an institution such as a university or research institute
• 3) Nationality is not a requirement
• 4) For the Invitation Grant, applicants who are part of the conference organizing committee are also eligible to apply for this grant
• 5) In principle, conferences held between April 1, 2027, and March 31, 2028, are eligible for support.
• 6) Applicants must not currently receive, nor be scheduled to receive, financial support from another foundation for a similar purpose.

7) For both the Dispatch Grant and the Invitation Grant, applicants are required to present their work (including poster presentations) at the international conference and submit an abstract of the presentation with their application

8) For both the Dispatch Grant and the Invitation Grant, applicants must have sufficient language proficiency to participate in the relevant international conference. In the case of the Invitation Grant, the invited researcher must also meet this requirement.

9) The grant may be used only for expenses necessary for the international exchange activity. Indirect costs and general administrative expenses charged by the applicant's institution or organization are not eligible for funding.
