集会助成　応募要領

1.集会助成対象領域

1) 集会助成の対象領域は、メカトロニクス技術に関するものです。ここでメカトロニクス技術とは、機械の運動に関する技術と運動の電子制御に関する技術を一体化した技術で、要素技術、基礎技術、システムおよび応用を含みます。

2) 本年度の助成対象集会は、大学、試験研究機関、学会等が主催し、国内で開催される国際研究集会とします。ただし、総会、年次大会など国内学会の定期大会は除きます。集会予算として6,000万円を上限目安とします。

3) 実行委員会の名簿提出、集会のホームページが立ち上がっている事を条件とします。

2.応募者（註 1）の資格:　応募者の資格は次の機関に所属して常勤する研究者（註2）とします

1) 大学（附置研究所を含む）

2) 高等専門学校（準ずるものを含む）

3) その他当財団が認めた研究機関

（註 1）   応募者は実行委員長（実行委員長が教育研究機関に所属していない場合は実務担当者）とする。

（註 2）   博士の学位を有し、かつ教授、准教授、講師ならびにこれらに準ずる者

3. 助成の金額: 原則として１件あたり50万円を限度とします

4. 集会の開催日,提出期限

後期分2027年3月～2027年12月
（集会助成対象領域の(1)-(3)を確認下さい。）

5. 申請書の作成

E-1, E2は応募要領、Eー3ページからE－4ページは「集会助成」申請書フォーマットです。
文書はフォント明朝10.5ptを用いて下さい。
(1) 「集会助成」申請書のEー3（捺印必要）のみをPDF化
(2) 「集会助成」申請書Eー3を含む申請書類の全頁をPDF化（捺印無し、コピーペースト可能）

上記①および②の2種類のPDFファイルをメールにてnsk-fam@nsk.comへ送付。

6.その他：

(1) 予稿集等を送付して下さい。(可能であれば申請時にメールで添付、フォーマットは問わない)
(2) 学会誌等で報告をする場合、当財団の助成金交付を受けた旨を記載下さい。
(3) 会議への招待状を1部送付して下さい。

招待状は、準備できた時点で別途メール、または郵送などで送付提出のこと

Conference Grant Application Guidelines

1. Applicable Conferences

1) This foundation provides financial support for conferences related to mechatronics technology.

Mechatronics technology refers to the integration of mechanical motion control and electronic control systems, including elemental and fundamental technologies, systems, and their applications.

2) This year, grants will be provided for international research conferences held in Japan and organized by universities, research institutions, academic societies, or similar organizations.

Regular meetings of domestic academic societies, such as general meetings and annual conferences, are excluded. The total conference budget should generally not exceed ¥60 million.

3) Applicants must submit a list of the organizing committee members and ensure that the official conference website has been launched.

2. Eligibility

Applicants (Note 1) must be employed fulltime (Note 2) with an institution below:

1) University (including institutes and other research organizations)

2) Technical college

3) Other institutions that are permitted by the Foundation

(Note 1) Applicants must be the Organizing Committee Chair. (If the Chair is not affiliated with an educational or research institution, the person in charge of practical operations shall be the applicant

(Note 2) Applicants must hold a doctoral degree and be a Professor, Associate Professor, Lecturer, or equivalent.

3. Total Grant Amount: Up to JYP500,000　per award

4. Application Deadline: Friday, November 20, 2026 (Email submission deadline)

The conference must be held between March 2027 and December 2027.

5. Application Process

Pages E-3 and E-4 are the "Conference Grant" application forms.

Please complete the application forms using 10.5 pt Mincho font.

Submission process:

Please prepare and send the following two PDF files via email:

PDF File 1: Only page E-3 of the application form, stamped with your official seal (or signed)

PDF File 2: All pages of the application form (including E-3), without the seal, in a copy-paste enabled format.

6. Other

1) Please include the conference abstracts and other relevant materials when submitting the application form. Any format is acceptable.

2) Recipients must state　that they received financial support from the NSK Foundation for the Advancement of Mechatronics when reporting in academic journals or other publications.

3) Applicants should submit a copy of the conference invitation letter. Once available, it may be submitted separately by email or post.
