大学は学長、公的研究機関は所長など、申請者が所属する研究機関の代表者
推薦件数：集会助成、小規模研究助成をあわせて1推薦者につき1件までとする。
5）申請方法：国際交流助成Webシステムより、マイページ登録後、申請書に必要事項を入力、印刷した申請書に
推薦者の押印を得て、PDFでアップロード

ⅲ.海外で開催される集会の場合は、申請者（国内の学会）が共同主催者であることを示す文書
※添付資料は可能な限りA4縦サイズとし、それぞれ最大6ページまでとする。
申請には学長の推薦が必要です。申請希望者は1月21日（水）10：00までに部局事務を通して国際学術係まで必要書類を提出してください。推薦件数を超えた場合は学内選考となります。

Grant for International Exchange
FY 2026 (First Term) Application Guidelines
This foundation supports international symposia focused on science and technology related to research or studies in life sciences. Nursing science and rehabilitation are also eligible for this grant.
Outline
Application Period: Monday, 5 January 2026 to Saturday, 7 February 2026
- 1. Fields: Life sciences, nursing science, and rehabilitation
- 2. Grant Amount
- i. Up to 500,000 yen per applicant
3. Number of Grants Awarded: Approximately 20 applicants
4. Eligibility and Number of Recommendations
i. Applicants must be an organizer of the symposium.
Administrative staff or outsourced service providers are not eligible for this grant.
ⅱ Each recommender may recommend only one applicant.
5. Recommendation
Applicants are required to submit a letter of recommendation from the president of the University of Osaka. Self-nominations are not eligible for this grant.
6. Application Process
Applicants are required to download the necessary documents from the website below (in Japanese only):
ⅰ. Each supplementary material may be up to six pages in length (A4).
ⅱ. After completing the application form, applicants must submit it to the Department of International Affairs by Wednesday, 21 January 2026, 10:00 (JST).ⅲ. After receiving the application form from the Department of International Affairs, applicants must confirm that the official seal of the president of the University of Osaka has been stamped, and submit all required documents within the specified period using the following website (in Japanese only):

If the number of applications submitted to the Department of International Affairs exceeds the allowed number of recommendations, a selection will be made.
（注1）部局確認が「必要」となっている場合は・・・
所属部局の担当者に応募予定であることを連絡し、必要な手続きを確認してください。
ただし、医学系研究科に所属している方は、部局確認が「必要」となっていなくても、応募を予定している場合は必ず担当係（総務課企画係）へ問い合わせてください。
（注2）総長（学長）推薦が必要な申請書類については・・・
公印押印箇所以外の総長（学長）名等を含む必要箇所を全て記載し、所属部局の担当者経由で申請してください。
