CAMPUS Asia 2021 International Symposium

Selected for the CAMPUS Asia Program sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) in 2016, Osaka University has carried out joint research projects and student exchange programs in cooperation with top universities in Asia, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yonsei University.

Osaka University, in cooperation with these universities, will hold CAMPUS Asia 2021 International Symposium online on Thursday, March 11, 2021.

In Part 1 of this symposium, representatives from the universities in Japan, China, and Korea will talk about their student exchange programs and education programs, namely programs for developing global human resources for addressing world health challenges.

Part 2 of this symposium will have lectures and discussions about advanced research on prevention and treatment of lifestyle related diseases and aging-related disorders conducted at these 6 universities.

This is a valuable opportunity to listen to lectures by the top universities in Asia. We hope that many of you will tune in and join us!

Part 1: 10:00 a.m.  -- Education systems in 6 universities in Japan, China, and Korea

Part 2: 2:00 p.m.  -- Advanced research on solving health issues

This symposium will be held online over ZOOM. Lectures are held in English. Participation fees are not required.
