On December 5, we've invited Traimmu CEO TAKAHASHI Keiji, who started Traimmu while studying at the School of Economics at Osaka University and is currently working in Tokyo, to speak with us. Mr. Takahashi began in management of co-media, media aimed at university students, and he is now currently managing InfrA, which is gathering attention as a service that manages internships of university students. Entrepreneurship Speaker Series
OU Students: Let's Make Our Start-Ups Smart

Speaker:

TAKAHASHI Keiji
CEO, Traimmu

Date and Time:

Monday, December 5, 2016 - 18:00 ~ 19:30

Venue:

Seminar Room D, 2F, Building I, Center for Education in Liberal Arts and Sciences, Toyonaka Campus

Lecture Overview:

There are a lot of very smart students at Osaka University, but I get the feeling that there are few students who want to take action and take on a challenge, namely a start-up business. I've been doing business in Tokyo since last year, and the number of action-oriented students in Osaka is very low compared to the students in Tokyo. I think more students from Osaka University should be starting up their own businesses. So in this seminar, I'd like to talk about the following from my own personal experiences.

• The significance of starting up a business
• Why did I want to start up a business
• How did I actually start my business
• How I felt after starting my business

I myself have only just started my start-up, but I hope that this will serve as an impetus for you all to start something as well. I'm looking forward to seeing you all there.

Personal history of the speaker:

March 2012 - Entered the School of Economics at Osaka University
May 2015 - Became CEO of Traimmu

(As a first-year student, Mr. Takahashi created a camera application for iOS, after which he won an award of excellence at a pitch contest in Silicon Valley. As a second-year student, he started as an intern at an educational start-up, where he was in charge of data analysis and overseas expansion. In 2015, he founded Traimmu. He manages the internship medium InfrA and the media millennial generations co-media. The start-up is currently in its second term.)
