Lecture overview

In response to changes in social environment, the borderlessness of the business realm is accelerating dramatically.

Japanese companies feel as though they are at an impasse with conventional management strategies dependent on domestic demand. So, what should we do?
How should we act in order to promote a global business sense while we are still young? How can Japanese people take leadership roles in an international society? How can one create a business from scratch with no knowledge of overseas markets?

I'd like to introduce the answers to these questions and more based on my own experiences in international society. Those who have an interest in working and/or starting businesses overseas but don't know what steps they should take, those who are somewhat interested in jobs overseas but are feeling hesitant, and those who aren't quite sure where they will be 20 years in the future are especially encouraged to attend.
