2015-16 Osaka University Gerontology Society Activity Report Symposium

2016-2-7 (Sun) 13:30 - 17:00

Gerontology is the study of the social, psychological, and biological aspects of aging. In anticipation of Japan's aging society and the accompanying opportunities for pursuing gerontology research, Osaka University established the Gerontology Society as a cross-boundary organization in 2013.

We have planned research symposiums in order for individuals from both inside and outside of Osaka University understand the activities of the Gerontology Society and to enhance the gerontology research network centered at Osaka University.

Once again this year, we will be holding an activity report symposium aimed at experts and students. This symposium will contain a lecture from researchers at Osaka University, a report on international collaborative projects, and research presentations.

Those who are currently studying, will begin studying, or simply have an interest in gerontology are cordially invited to join this symposium.

You do not need to register in advance for this symposium.
