We will learn how the prices of medical products are determined and zero in on the problem of rising medical costs.
Development of new drugs and state-of-the-art medical technology is steadily advancing, but this advancement raises the price of medical costs, creating a gap in who can and can't get access to treatment. We will discuss this issue as we take a look at an actual example of a new drug from its development all the way up to the determination of its market value.
