Patent Application Seminar for Researchers

The Intellectual Property Center Chi-Tekijuku will hold a seminar to introduce the rules of handling research results obtained at a university, the patent application flow, as well as the knowledge necessary for granting an effective patent for an invention.
If you are asked to obtain a patent, you may be at a loss as to what to do. However, even if you are a researcher at a university, you need to acquire rights of your research results when you obtain competitive research funds or start a venture on campus.
Chi-Tekijuku will hold a seminar for such researchers. This seminar consisting of lectures and practice regarding patent application will provide information about patent that researchers at university should know.
In addition to the rules for handling research results at a university and the patent application flow, this seminar will provide training as well. Also, patent lawyers will explain about what is needed for granting an effective patent for an invention.
Those interested are encouraged to attend this seminar if at all possible.
