Department of Traumatology and Acute Critical Medicine Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine • Osaka University Orthopaedics • Center for Global Health Joint Seminar

2015-5-20 (Wed) 17:00 - 18:30

On Wednesday, May 20, 2015, we will be holding a joint seminar beginning at 17:00. We have invited Dr. Masato Nagao from UCSF/San Francisco General Hospital to speak about "Current medical practice and education at a U.S. level 1 trauma center." We hope that those from various fields of medicine, not just orthopaedics and emergency medicine, will join us for this seminar.

At this seminar, we've invited Dr. Masato Nagao from the UCSF/San Fransisco General Hospital, which also acts as an educational hospital for the University of California, San Francisco, to speak about the current state of emergency care in the United States, as well as emergency medicine training. Appropriate emergency care and the training of superior emergency physicians have become pressing issues in Japan as well, so even those outside of emergency medicine and orthopaedics will find this seminar of great interest. We encourage those from all fields of medicine to attend.
