CLE (Collaboration & Learning Environment) Training Course for Faculty Members

CLE training programs for interested faculty members have been scheduled on the Toyonaka campus. Two types of training programs have been scheduled: (1) for beginners, and (2) for experienced users.
Date & Times: Tuesday, September 16 -- 1:30-2:50 p.m. (Beginners) and 3:00-4:50 p.m. (Experienced Users)
Venue: CALL Room #1, Information Education, 3rd floor, Toyonaka Education and Research Building, Cybermedia Center, Toyonaka campus
The content of the programs is as follows:
CLE training program for beginners
- Intended for: OU faculty members
- Prerequisites: None
- Things to bring: Nothing in particular
Content of the beginners program:
- Basic operations and convenient functions (how to upload teaching materials...)
- Registration of courses
- Student registration
- Publication of teaching materials
- Doing an assignment
- On-line tests
- Management of learning results
- Style setup for MyBlackboard
CLE training program for experienced learners
Prerequisites: having used CLE or knowing its basic operations
Content of the experienced users program:
- Confirming student access status
- Maintaining statics about student access
- Tools for communication: bulletin board, journal, blog, Wiki
- Communication between instructors and students in the CLE
- Group learning in the CLE
