Handai-Asahi Nakanoshima Juku:"How far is anti-aging possible? -- anti-aging tips to help you stay young"

The Handai-Asahi Nakanoshima Juku offers courses produced and sponsored by Osaka University and Asahi Culture Center. The Handai-Asahi Nakanoshima Juku was established at the time [Osaka University's] Nakanoshima Center was built in 2004.

These courses share results of research conducted at Osaka University with the general public in an easy-to-understand format. In these lectures, leading lecturers give presentations on topics in culture, art, history, science, technology, health care, as well as seasonal and current topics.

How long can we live? If we consider the world's oldest person, the biological limit seems to be 120. This lecture will take a look at anti-aging techniques in order to live soundly physically and mentally until 120. Dr. Morishita will talk about his success in losing 15 kg by practicing a low carb diet, lipodissolving, blood flow restricted exercise, endermology, radio frequency fat reduction, and supplements such as curcumin and coenzyme Q10. Anti-aging geriatrics is meant to be made use of.
