Exchanging opinions and ideas with High School Science Teachers
2012-3-14 (Wed) 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
On Wednesday, March 14, the Education Research Center for Nonlinear Engineering will hold a session in which faculty members of science at Osaka University and science teachers at local high schools will share opinions and ideas as a means for improving science education.
Both high school science teachers and science faculty at Osaka University devote much effort and many hours to instructing students in science as best they can. In addition to these efforts, cooperation and exchange between high school teachers and university faculty members is important; however, there are few opportunities for exchanging opinions and ideas.
Thus, we've decided to hold this session for the sake of improving science education.
We look forward to seeing many instructors of the sciences in attendance.
