Advanced Seminar Series on Microbiology and Immunology -- Hajime Karasuyama, MD, Ph.D.

The Advanced Seminar Series on Microbiology and Immunology is happy to announce a lecture on Thursday, February 16th by Hajime Karasuyama, MD, Ph.D., Professor, Department of Immune Regulation, Graduate School, Tokyo Medical and Dental University. Dr. Karasuyama will speak on the topic of "Newly-discovered roles for basophils: a neglected minority gains new respect."

As you may be aware, the Advanced Seminar Series invites leading researchers from outside Osaka University to speak on topics in epidemiology and immunology in order to provide graduate students and young researchers with the latest findings in these disciplines.

Students of RIMD's Graduate Program for Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies as well as students in the Graduate School of Medicine may receive credit for attending this seminar.
