Open Lecture: "Strategies for Protecting Brand Names & Unfair Competition Prevention Act"

The Intellectual Property Center and the Center for Legal and Political Practice will hold an open lecture on Wednesday, December 21. An up-and-coming corporate manager, MATSUMURA Kenzo, will speak about strategies to protect brand names and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, citing the examples of company management and intellectual property strategies in Nissan Motor affiliated companies and Tobu Railway Co., Ltd. as well as the loupe, Hazuki, that has been popular due to the TV program "Nandemo Kanteidan" [The Appraisers].

Lecturer: MATSUMURA Kenzo, CEO, Representative director and President, Privee Fund Group Co.Ltd.

There is no fee for attending this seminar.
