English Presentation Contest for Graduate Students of Sciences

Finalists in the English Presentation Contest for Graduate Students of Sciences will make their presentations once more on Saturday, November 5. The six graduate student finalists, screened in a preliminary examination, will make their presentations in English. Please note the English level of the presentations will be comprehensible for the average person. Interested people are invited to attend this event.

Purpose

This contest is being held in order to improve the English presentation skills of graduate students in the sciences.

Venue: Lecture Room, 3rd floor, Language and Culture Research Building, Toyonaka Campus

English Presentation Contest for Graduate Students of Sciences

Intended for: Graduate students of the sciences -- Engineering, Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Science

Rules for the presentations: Presentations will be conducted in English using PowerPoint. Presentations are limited to 15 minutes, followed by a five-minute question and answer session. The Grand-prix winner and runners-up will be commended and awarded book coupons.
