2011 Lecture on Safety at Osaka University

2011-7-20 (Wed) 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Scheduled in conjunction with National Safety Week --July 1st through 7th-- promoted by organizations such as the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the purpose of this lecture is to heighten the attention paid to safety by members of the Department of Safety and Hygiene.

This year, Professor Hiroshi INOMATA, Chairperson, Special Committee for Safety and Environment Management, Tohoku University, has been invited to speak, using examples from Tohoku University, regarding the unprecedented damage inflicted by the Great East Japan Earthquake and the current situation.

The organizers look forward to welcoming many persons to this year's lecture.
